Hello all, I have been having a crazy couple of weeks. This past Sat. I started my clinical at EMH. It wasn't too bad for the first day. I also moved this past weekend to Columbia Station. It is a beautiful house in the country. I love it! I'm partial to having trees, grass, and just love everything about the outdoors. It's going to take a while to get unpacked and organized, but I have gotten most of it unpacked. I will have everyone over soon! School has been tough, but it is most interesting. This Sat. 2/18 I actually will start having patients at the hospital. However starting this friday I have to go the day before and get my patient information and analyze it and write care plans for the next day (sat). In lab we have begun to practice injections. We used practice cushions,.....no guinea pigs yet. I hope to be able to see my family this week. Other than that I have to get caught up reading and studying for my 3 tests next week. I have done well so far, however I want to get good grades. The grading scale for this program is tougher that the normal scale. A 78% is passing, anything lower you fail. I'm not sure how it is all broken down. I know a 92% and above is an "A". For all those studying hard, my prayers are with you! Good news: the semester is flying by!
